SEASON REGISTRATION
$150 Registration Fee (2/1/25 - 4/5/25)
Player must register no later than 4/5/25.
If refund is needed, you will be charged a $10 processing fee.
No refunds after 1st event of Season.
Player understands that the Average Joe Tour is not a USGA Sanctioned event.
Collecting Prize Money may cause loss of Amateur status and you may forfeit your right to play in any future USGA Sanctioned events.

All registered players are automatically eligible for end of season performance-based prizes
Players that earn more than $599 per fiscal year will receive 1099 form from Average Joe Tour LLC.
Player understands that the AJT committee has the right to revoke any players Tournament Status for the following.
Refunds will not be provided to players who have had their Tournament Status revoked.

Prizes are awarded every Tuesday, following completion of Round.
HANDICAPS
New Players: 1st year players will automatically be provided a starting handicap of "18", if unable to provide a valid GHIN or 18 Birdies handicap, that will be reviewed by the A.J.T. Committee.
All starting handicaps will have 3 Padded Scores. These "fake" scores will be rolled off the player's history as new, real scores are played and entered into the system.
Padding will reduce the amount a new player's handicap would change at the beginning of the season.
The Average Joe Tour reserves the right to adjust a player handicap at any time, if deemed necessary.
Returning Players: Handicaps from 2024 Regular Season carry over.
Handicaps are calculated from players most recent six(6) AJT rounds, with the highest 33% of scores thrown out.
(Used to limit the number of bad rounds which influence the handicap calculation)
ROUND REGISTRATION
Player is responsible for Event Green Fees for each Round.
(Due 2 Fridays before each Round)
There will be a 2-day grace period for late round registrants. ($5 fee)
Late registrants may only be granted a spot if a Foursome needs to be filled.
Prize Contest each round is NEVER Mandatory.
Player must register to be eligible for individual contest prizes.
Player may only win Closest to Pin two-times per season.
Player may only win Long Drive two-times per season
Any cancellations must be made by 6:00am the day of the round to be eligible for refund.
All refunds are subject to 3.5% processing fee.
POINTS/STANDINGS
Round 1 - Points Per Round (PPR) will be based off of Gross Scores
Rounds 2 thru 8 - PPR will be based off of Net Scores.
Points Per Placement (PPP) will be determined after registration ends and depends on total number of players in each division.
Points Per Placement for Rounds 1 thru 3 will differ from Rounds 4-8.
FLIGHTS
The league will be divided into 2 Flights after the conclusion of Round 3.
Green Flight - Lower Handicaps
Blue Flight - Higher Handicaps
The "Flight Line" will be decided after Round 3 as well.
AJT committee is subject to change a Players Flight at our discretion
