Some of us are good, some of us are bad, and most of us are just right there in the middle somewhere. The one thing we have in common is that ALL of us are here to enjoy the sport we love.

The Average Joe Tour began in 2022 with the idea of "I wish there was a league for players like us". A league where you can feel the thrill similar to Tiger at the 2000 Canadien Open, without the skill necessary to step foot in a professional tournament.  A league where winning is fun, but the comradery and friendships made are even better.

The Inaugural season started with 20 or so friends and family in what is now known as our "Nature Coast" Division. By 2024 we have grown to 192 players in 3 Divisions that cover 6 Florida Counties, and a 2025 expansion planned to add 2 more divisions expanding A.J.T. from as far north as Ocala, FL to as south as Sarasota, FL.

"Casually Competitive" is the motto that we go by. We are dedicated to providing an enjoyable golf experience aimed towards mid to high handicappers, although all skill levels are welcomed.

If you are looking for a relaxed time with great people, then you have come to the right place. If you are looking for a serious golf league with more uptight individuals, then we kindly ask you to look elsewhere.
